Mera is an innovative lip hydrating kit that redefines lip care with four distinct products designed to provide deep hydration and nourishment. The brand’s vision was to create a luxurious yet functional product line that could be sold both as a complete kit and as individual items.

Although MERA™ had established a significant consumer base and a notable presence in the industry, they faced several key challenges during their growth

❌ Fragmented brand experience

Their branding lacked the consistency and sophistication needed to captivate both new users and existing customers.

❌ Outdated digital presence

Despite their success, their website no longer reflected the originality of their products or the growth trajectory they were following.

❌ Lacks a visual “wow” factor

Enzo needed to make a strong first impression on consumers, demonstrating their products through dynamic and engaging 3D animations.

✅ To redefine Mera's brand image, we aligned its branding, modernized its digital presence with an innovative website, and integrated impactful 3D animations to create a "wow" effect.

The name "mera", in lowercase letters and a contemporary font, offers immediate readability and a strong identity.

At any point, you have the complete freedom to cancel, pause, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription according to your needs. This is all manageable through your personal portal, which is automatically activated when you sign up for our services. Simply use the 'Login' button on our website menu to access your portal, where you can control every aspect of your design subscription effortlesslv.

Is there a max number of requests?

The word 'limit' doesn't exist in our world. With our design subscription service, you have the freedom to add as many design tasks as you need to your queue. Our approach is to diligently work through them one at a time, dedicating the necessary attention to turn each task into a masterpiece. This way, we ensure that every design delivered under our subscription model meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

How to request a design?

When you need a design, simply add your request to Trello. Our design subscription process is flexible - whether it's through Google Docs, wireframes, or Loom videos, we adapt to your preferred method. This way, we ensure that each design request is handled efficiently and tailored to your specific needs.

What if I don't like the design?

No worries at all. In our design subscription service, your satisfaction is our top priority. If a design doesn't hit the mark, we simply sharpen our pencils and dive back in. We'll revise and refine tirelessly until you're not just satisfied-you're absolutely elated with the results.

Are there any refunds?

Yes! We offer a 1-week trial period for our design subscription. If you decide it's not the right fit within that time, we'll refund 80% of your payment-no questions asked. After the first week, however, refunds are not available.
